NOTE FROM THE LUNCHEON TREASURER. A member of the calling committee
will call you about 7 to 10 days before the meeting. The Thursday, before the meeting, is the last day you can cancel your
reservation by calling Jan Castor at (419) 884-0717. After that day you are expected to pay the treasurer for your meal.
The TREASURER likes payment at the luncheon meeting by a check made out to RCRTA. (It helps keep track of the money).
Your guests are always welcome with a reservation. |
